The shipping costs of our online store are free from € 180 for Spain and Portugal (Paninsular area in both cases). Changes and returns will not be free.

RETURNS

Right of 15 days Return

From the moment you place your order, you have a period of 15 days to return it. 

Remember that the item can not be used and has to preserve labels and packaging, otherwise you can not return it.

Both the collection of product and its corresponding return must be managed by TransWorld 2000, S.L., through our messaging services.

Return Types

Breakage or product damage during shipment

In case of receiving a damaged product during transport, the client must notify it within 48 hours from the reception of the material through his client account using an e-mail message, indicating:

  • Detailed description of the flaw or breakage.
  • Clear photography of the package where the flaw can be observed.
  • Photography of the label of the carrier where the whole package looks like.
  • Refer to the assigned return number.
  • Once the return request is received, the defects will be claimed on our part, if there is no litigation, the material will be replaced at no cost on the part of the client.

By default

If the product has a defect or deficiency, the client must notify customer service and generate the corresponding return. TransWorld 2000, S.L. It will collect the product by its means and once analyzed, if it is actually defective, it will be replenished at no charge for the client, if it was not, the client will be communicated to the rejection of the return and the client must withdraw it by their means of our warehouse, if passed 15 calendar days since the notification of the rejection, the client would not have retired it, the product will be destroyed.

For the resistance of the product

The client has 14 calendar days to dismiss a product. After that period, its return will not be accepted.

Any return of our products will be accepted if it is returned in perfect condition, they will be paid in full, discount in this case the transportation costs.

These costs will vary depending on the weight and size of the product. These costs will be notified in advance. It is recommended in this case to consult us.

How did you apply for a refund?

To request a refund, you must access with the account which was recorded, once this is done, follow these steps:

1st Access the icon that comes up on the right (next to the search engine)

2º Access history and details of my orders.

3º Once inside, on the right the word "data" will come out and it is right there where you can finally return or change the products you have purchased.

How to return an article

If you want to return an item sent by TransWorld 2000 S.L., Endevolutions are carried out exclusively by the transport agency assigned in each case. 

Log in, select the product you want Return. Choose the form of refund you prefer.

We can pick it up in the direction you give us. If you want us to pick up your order, you can select the date, but keep in mind that the transport agency may need up to 2 working days to process your request. Please, keep in mind that, if you do the online return process a Friday, Saturday or Sunday, we can not pick up your package until Monday of the following week.

Prepare the shipment and give it to the messaging

Paste the return tag that we include together with the order in the package. If the return tag of your order is missing, print and paste the PDF tag that you created at the end of the online return process. Close the package well and give it to the messenger or at the collection point. Once you reach us, we will refund your money to the original form of payment. During the online procedure we will ask you the data from a bank account to make a transfer. 

Remember that you can spend up to 10 working days since you deliver the package until you receive the refund of your money.

In case you have paid the standard shipping costs, we will reimburse you if you return all the items of your order.
